Flexibility and Agility
Flexibility is really important for how well and energetic you are going to feel on day to day basis. Stiffness not only bad for your body but also for your mind. In Far East they judge how young the person is by their flexibility not age so I think it’s crucial to make little changes in your fitness routine by introducing Pilates and Yoga elements, in my opinion there’s no better way of finding your agility through well proven yoga positions and pilates exercises. Plus, it’s fun and never boring! So let’s do it guys!
